During Term 1 our integrated unit was ‘Identify Us’ throughout this unit of work the Year 1 students explored their families, different groups in our community and their needs and wants. Our Term 2 integrated unit is ‘Supermarket Surprise.’ Here we are exploring the journey raw products take from the farm to the final products we see on the supermarket shelf. In Term 3 we are studying Antarctica. With Term 4 comes the end of the year and a lot of celebrations. We have decided to study different celebrations, which are celebrated throughout Australia and around the world.
